So....... I whacked my driver's side mirror backing out of the garage this morning and shattered the sucker.

Has anyone used the stick on replacements on Ebay for $25-$50 as an alternative to a new mirror with backing plate for $160?

Isn't it shit! Yeah, junker is good. It looks like you pop the broken glass out of the backing and stick on the new mirror... I might try it for $25....I'll let you know.

Nothing to it at all. Except we got mine replaced a couple months back, and the guy had to take it back off to paint a part of the mirror where it chipped from backing into the garage. He broke it pulling it off so it had to be replaced again lol.

Dude please show me the link. When my glass on the driver side initially broke, there was nothing but all this chemical crap leading out. So I went the route and did the $25 stick on. It's okay temporarily, but man I can't see my turnsignal for crap at night. "It's supposed to be seen through my original broken glass."

So, where can I get a replacement with a backing for $160. Im not having ANY luck at all with ebay
