I used to be able to use the voice command feature to control my audio and navigation with preset voice tags, but recently, I noticed that if I press and hold the "SRC" button on the steering wheel, it will connect me directly to OnStar. If I read the manual correctly, pressing and holding the "SRC" button the steering for a couple seconds should activate the voice command feature where you can say "radio ninety-four-nine" and it will tune the radio to the numbers you gave.
Has anyone else experience the same issue? This is on the 2010 Yukon by the way.
