Anyone using VLED 5202 LED fog lights?

Anyone using these? I got some, but I am not an electrical guy. I have no idea how to install them.

They came with a relay-looking black box connected to them and some blue vampire (?) clamps.

I use auto summation 5202 led. Mine is just a bulb that replaces the existing bulb. Led look nice but the light output isn't focused so it not really visible on the road
