Apple CarPlay Fullscreen

Is there any way to have Apple CarPlay be fullscreen without the Google wrapper? I was hoping to have more CarPlay screen since that is all I use in the vehicle.

Same thing with the rear view camera, you don’t get the full screen like you did on the 21s because of the Google wrapper. That was the first thing I noticed on my 22 and was quite disappointed.
