Are Dual 14 inch Efans enough?

I'm looking at a set of dual 14" efans that push about 2100 CFM each. Would you consider this to be enough for a stock setup otherwise on a 5.7 Vortec 99 Tahoe? I'd appreciate any input.

yes, careful, some aftermarket fans pull some serious current.
