Or these

I have done a search and found there are alot of people recommedning the NGK's but I have seen the part number 2238 or TR55 or TR5, not sure which plugs they are talking about.

Got 83K on a 2004 Hoe with a 5.3, looking to replace the plugs and wires.
I read alot of people are using the MSD wires. Do they have a set that are premade, if so what is the part number?

Just ordered a Spectre CAI from Summit. Between the plugs-wire-CAI hoping to see a gain in performance and maybe better mileage.

Thanks for any input.

BTW surfing around Summit, I found that the ACDelco's have 2 different wire sets. One for the MelCo coils and one set for the Delphi coils, which are 9.2 inchs long.
I have the Delphi coils.
But on the MSD info it says nothing about the different coils?
