are these wheels oem?

a friend of mine is close to buying a set of these wheels. I have never seen these in black or gun metal.. anyone know if these ever came in this color as oem wheels?

GM paints those from the factory for the Z71 package tahoe and suburban, and they are also offered in gloss black from the factory on the midnight edition Z71 suv as well as the silverado in the same trim.
