Armrest (center console) cover replaced

I was tired of looking at my worn out armrest. Bought a leather one off eBay... After about 30 min, had the new one on and it actually matches very well. Call me shocked. Either way, easy fix and makes the interior much better looking than having the eye sore...

How about a walk-through of the removal/installation? I bought a new one but was a little intimidated about the process of replacing the old...
