Armrest removal

Anyone had to do this? I just bought a 96 and the armrest looks awful. I may remove it until I can get it recovered, or just buy the leather replacement of ebay. Just didn't know how difficult a job it is. Thank you

Id like to know this as well but I think you can just use a wrench to grab a nut between the rest and the seat...havnt tried yet.

I dont know what your arm rests look like. If they are simular to the Astro van. All you have to do is push the arm rests in towards the seat and pull towards the back seat. It wont take alot of force.
