armrest repair replacement?

My 2002 Yukon has cloth seats/armrest and the foam on the driver's side armrest is spent so my elbow sits on the metal inside. I got it off to see if I can slide some new foam in there but it's not doable because the cloth is glued to the foam which is glued to the metal cage.

So. I'm not finding an armrest replacement for cloth armrests. Anyone have any suggestions?
