Trying to put my tune in truck but I'm getting error 0533? Checked firmware and it says it's up to date. Need help

Havnt heard from anyone yet......
The guys are on PST....what email are you sending from, I will see if I can dig it up?

I just bought the truck in september, had no idea it was tuned before. This is another reason people should stay away from handhelds and just go blackbear.
