Has anyone looked into changing out the original compressor and running something like a Viair 275C compressor that would work more efficient? I have to change rear leaking air shocks and was looking at possibly adding a bigger compressor to the system.

andrew you can add a viair use 1/4 to 5/32 adapters and go directly to your autoride shocks. the autoride compressor would have to be disconnected oorrrr

trailblazer ss airbags and then you would notch the frame 3 squares so that the bag doesnt spin around since the tbss bags have 3 ears up top. THen you can wire up a viair compressor and be good to go.

A stock height trailblazer is the same as a 3 inch drop spring on a tahoe (i use the 3 inch tahoe springs which keep the back of a trailblazer ss same height as stock) and they have a good ride with the belltech sp shocks.

That being said you can run the same 5/32 to 1/4 inch apapter to the stock tbss bags and use a controller like the wireless air to regulate it. Check out part number 72000
