AVIC Z2 with Factory Overhead DVD

Hey guys,

I purchased a Pioneer Avic Z-2, and I want to install in my 2003 Yukon Denali with factory Panasonic overhead DVD system. Can this be done and still have th efcatory overhead function? Someone please provide some guidance.

you have to the data cable coming out of the DVD player to a RCA video out to make it work. Not sure what the "efactory" function is but you will not be able to control the DVD player from the stereo anymore.
