After 10 years of going to the same Pontiac/Buick/GMC dealership, I was influenced to switch because of the horrible customer care they were giving. I traded in my 2010 Yukon Denali XL for a 2011 Yukon Denali Hybrid at Ray Laethem Buick GMC and was greeted with excellent customer service and great advice. When I picked up my new car, my salesman told me that the seats needed to be conditioned often, to prevent cracking. A great piece of advice, but that was just the start. He also told me that since I had taken such a long drive (45 min), and he lived near me, that he would pick up my car and leave a loaner whenever I needed service. The dealership is smaller than most, but the customer service is even better than a Cadillac dealership, and the employees treated me like family. They have me as a lifelong customer!
