Okay, so I checked all the grounding straps I could find. Double checked a few other things and grabbed a pile of fuses from a Tahoe at the salvage yard so I'd have a stock of replacements for emergencies.
I had gone through all the fuses when this first happened so I knew I was missing some and some had the wrong sizes. So I got all those straightened out.
I talked to my mechanic a few minutes ago and he encouraged me to double check all those fuses again. Since
@Fless had mentioned before also, I figured it can't hurt and guess what I found.....
My truck not real high but I guess I missed it being in that bottom corner and didn't catch that it was blown.
Replaced it and truck fired right up.
I feel stupid but I'm not surprised at all. Just goes to show though, double check and triple check and don't take it for granted.
