In the new 21+ vehicles.... has anyone replaced their batteries yet? Mine "Seems" to be cranking slower to the point of making me nervous. When I load test it, it is still in the good range albeit at the very bottom of the good range. About 3.5 years old now....

Replaced mine at about a year old. OEM do not seem to be the highest quality. I went with Odyssey and am extremely happy.

Seems that 3 years is the going rate today. I think it’s all the extra electronics in the vehicles now. My wife’s 2018 MB is on its 3rd battery and I believe my 2015 is on its 3rd battery, probably due for another *sigh*

Surprisingly, the yellow top optima in my van was pushing 8 years before I retired it.

Slow crank could also be your starter on its way out. Mine shit the bed at about 60k miles. It was showing signs of weak battery but was actually the starter itself

It's on my mind for the 2021 I just purchased. Be interested to see some opinions here.
