Battery saver active 2016 tahoe

hi guys
Im facing this problem for the past 2 years now while im driving and sometimes when i turn the engine on i get the “battery saver active” on my dic i took it to the dealership and they told me they found nothing in my car and after it came back they changed my battery and the alternator but still im getting this annoying message

Check your negative battery cable for good clean connection and resistance.

Replaced the cabel and still facing the same problem
