battery tray replacement

so ended up replacing my battery today and noticed the battery tray is kinda seen better days, I think it would be easier to maybe remove it then clean it up and paint it. how hard is it to replace one, in terms of getting to the bolts?

i think one or two may have to be accessed from behind grill. I think.
