Has anyone thought about beefing up the left side mount with a urethane sealant? This is a pretty common practice in the sports car arena. I was thinking of giving it a shot... Maybe it can even be done in place.

How is that done? I have been trying to figure out a way but the way our MM are shaped it makes it hard to do anything with the strengthening wise.

Yeah. As I started looking at it I don't see a way... Unless the rubber is hollow in spots.

I'm up for anything that will help. There was a discussion of a solid mount that could make significant improvements in longevity but the concern was vibration. Someone recently fabricated one and I believe did not feel vibrations. Everyone's idea of vibration could be different but I'm curious as I have found myself driving more "responsible" after changing my mount. What good is RWD if you cant WOT off the line? **JOKES**
