Best brand of tie rods

Anyone have some insight to what the best brand of tie rods to use?Its a 05 tahoe 2wd with 3" djm lowers.Im about to install djm uppers also.Any help would be great

They are probably all the same but I just put in moog problem solvers today. Inners and outers and they look pretty strong. Definitely nicer than the ones I took off the truck

X2 on moog. If you use AC Delco, make sure they are OE or at least Professional line. If you wanna drop some coin look at cognito.

Cool,guess moog it is!I've always used moog but the ac delco professional grade were the othere I was considering.Thanks

I was going to add tie rod sleeves to mine to get them up to 1" thickness but when I went to double check that they were OE, found out they were not! Don't know what they are either.

Used moog on mine. Wasn't really happy with them

They come from the factory really ******* tight - to the point where it was obstructing my return to center. 15k miles later and they're just starting to break in, so to speak. Got a bit better after using moly grease but still, it's rather annoying. You'll get all sorts of oddities with them

I got sick of tie rods wearing out every few years so i went with rare parts tie rod ends, They`re more expensive but well worth it and are huge compared to oem moog or most junk out there. I`ve had them for about three years and they`re as tight as the day i installed them.

Nice, you can do 4WD launches at the race track without fear of bending those babies!
