best LED turn signal bulbs

so I'm doing all of my bulbs in LED, but i forgot about the turn signals. I've heard that some are garbage and flash really fast and burn out, melt, etc.....
which ones do you guys have in your front amber turn signals in the head lights? also, has anyone done that daytime running bulb (3157 i think) in the headlight too?

All their stuff is great..Check out their 'switchbacks'. Remember you have to run load resistors with LED's in the turn signal positions to prevent hyper flash.

If ya can chill for a min, I will link ya to the LED's I got, they are tapered to refelect back into the light bucket.
They have a chrome trim plate around the led's on the end so it blends into the light bucket reflector.

They have been completly submerged in water do to leaky seals on some cheap clear turn housings I bought and still work perfectly.

I have had them over a year now with zero problems out of them and If i remember right they cost like 39$ for the pair from ebay.

anybody every convert the daytime running lights to LED?

these bulbs also say don't use them in standard sockets. is that the reason for running a load resistor?

I did it on my 2000. I got the ones similar to what ezdaar is describing in my drls.
Cone shaped so the leds on the side of the bulb reflect back to the housing. I don't think they seel them on ebay anymore.

Which bulbs? And what's special about a standard socket?
