Any shortcuts or advice on keeping this thing clean (2023 Tahoe Z71)? Very tedious to get every little hole and water spot...any tips on products or techniques is very much appreciated!

Wash in shade of course. Use soft water or DI if you have one. When drying use a leaf blower first to blow the truck off and especially the grill and all areas that you can’t get a microfiber in. Then dry.

If your car is ceramic coated or kept up with good wax you can just use a leaf blower and have almost no water to dry as it sheets off.

Good tips and love the idea of a leaf blower; sounds like i still need to wash and scrub the dirt in every little nook and cranny before drying tho. Is a wash mitt my best bet or have others used some type of non-abrasive brush to make it faster/easier?

All ears here w/ a black G on my ‘25, re. a blower bought an Adams blower from Zon that works VG on my wheels/grill etc & much easier to use than my leaf blower.

IMO best way to wash is with a power washer and foam cannon. That’s how all the pros do it. Lots of stuff on YouTube on how proper technique. Basically use an electric or if gas make sure you use a high flow nozzle to limit the pressure.

Love the power washer because whe. You rinse it down first you’ll get 90% of the stuff off. Then foam it, let it sit. Wash with mitts. Then power rinse. The pressure gets into all the crevices.really minimizes any swirls too since you never touch the car until almost all dirt has been removed.
Like I said just be careful.

Leaf blower works great on wheels/tires, running boards, all window trim, Fuel door, rear window wiper area and hatch. As a touch up I use a quality chamie or towel.

Appreciate the thoughts folks...will grab a blower and look into a foam cannon. Any strong pros/cons for a hose attached cannon vs a pressure washer one?
