What is the best way to mount door tweeters in the factory locations in the door? I got a set of Memphis tweeters and 6.5 for my doors. The 6's went in fine but the tweets are a lot bigger than the factory ones. I am trying to do it to where it looks factory and hidden out of the prying eyes. Any pics or ides let me know. Thanks :)

Not smaller just a little wider and deeper. Was thinking about using a heat gun and heating up the plastic and seeing if I can mold it a little better and then glue gun to stay in place. What do y'all think?? If anyone got any pic of there's post them. Maybe give me some ideas :)

I personally would get a hot glue gun, glue the tweeter where it needs to be at in order for the grill to go back over it, Then make a bracket of some sort to hold it up.... i dont remember how much room is behind the tweeter.... But you can get metal backstrapping and make a custom bracket just bend it the way you need it

Also, are the speakers you installed 6 or 6.5s?
did you need to make or buy a adapter for them to fit in correctly?

When I mounted my hertz tweeters in the factory location,I used a Dremel tool with a sanding drum. I took a little off at time till it fit snug. No adhesives on it,just very snug fit.
