I hear ya. I couldn't wait for an in person so I went AutoCal. Love having it to be able to switch tunes. Hope you can get your Esky done soon!

I know man me too. My dream is to have an auto-cal so I can tune both the avy and esky but I have a 2nd kid due at the end of February soooo the mod fund is on hold until then :( BUT I'm pretty sure I could squeeze $250 out without anyone noticing on an in-person BB Tune before then :)

I just realized today that you've been updating the first page on your thread. I'm mostly on TYF on my mobile using Tapatalk.... As you can prob tell from all the typos.

You're brave. I'm scared to tally up the $$ I've dumped into my Hoe...

Yea bro make a build thread. Just take all the pics you've ever taken of your hoe and all the mods you've done and throw it in there :everything:

Guys what do you think of this:

Drove around yesterday, Sunday with a few WOT pulls for these videos and avg fuel Econ went from 17 (reset trip computer on Saturday to log some varied hwy and in town MPG's), to 15.8 avg mpg.

We have always averaged between 16.1-16.5 mpg with 85% in town driving. I know the videos don't look like it but we are usually very light on the pedal.

This morning my wife checked it before leaving and it was 15.8. She commuted to and from work, approx 15 miles round trip with some hwy and light stop & go, and it dropped to 15.0! I've never seen it change that much when she does her in town driving.

It had previously dropped from 16.1 which it had been at for many months down to 15.8 over the course of her commute last week also after I first installed the tune. Meaning it came down a lot to throw off that long of an average.

I've reset the trip computer so she can get a reading of just to and from work. And will see what that is like tomorrow.

I also emailed Justin to ask him, but I know he's busy so in the meantime, I figured I'd get any input on what might cause this. With all the great feedback about the immediate fuel Econ gains people have seen after their tune, this doesn't match up.

Which tune did you have it on? The economy tune (87/89 octane) or the performance tune (91+ octane)?

The 91+.

The drop from the long standing 16.1 avg mpg (been solid for 6+ months) to 15.8 happened in the same single commute on the 89 tune.

Yep, I update it a lot. That is the way you could set up yours.:Handshake:

Well it's either this or Drugs and Hookers. $$$ :party33:

Keep us posed on the MPG. That is a drop indeed.

Ok Jenna, I will. It was Costco 92 Octane. Is that considered bad gas?

Same thing happened with the average mpg coming way down on the 89 however. Both cases however Ihad done WOT pulls the night previously.

Update: Wife said the fuel Econ to work was 15.6 mpg. DIC was reset to 0 before her 7 mile drive.

I'm wondering if also the mpg Average was in the process of plummeting from the WOT pulls as I returned home Sunday and on Monday when wife took to work it continued to plummet and average out from there? Don't know if the DIC computes the fuel economy that way?

Anywho, love my tune, and will get the data log and some more miles on the tune and give an update.

Stay away from Costco gas!! Any discounted retail gas like that will be horrible.

The best way to figure out the MPGs is by hand jamming the numbers, the DIC is not accurate.

Yes calculate mpg by hand and do not use non-major oil gas. Also they might have started using the winter blend that would show a loss in mileage.
