Black Bowties

I really want the black bowties, Where is best place to buy them from?
I am a newbie for sure and any steps on taking old ones off and new ones on? Thank you all

Remove from grill and rear hatch. Paint and reinstall. That is how 99% of us do it.

If you have a NNBS I know the Rear hatch bowtie it just 3m tape. Front is 3m tape plus a a couple Bolts to unscrew. you can reach them from behind the grill

The rear in a real pain to remove.

Lots and Lots of adhesive.

Be careful not to scratch the paint.

you can separate the rear bowtie from the silver piece...without having to remove the whole thing like ^. The just re-attach it with some silicone adhesive.

You dont have to remove to paint them. Tape them off lightly sand them, and paint the bowtie. It is pretty simple and they turn out perfect./

That's exactly how I painted both my front and rear bowties. Just make sure you do a good job masking off the bowties and definitely protect the surrounding areas of your truck from over-spray.

Another option is to cover them with vinyl. Easy to do your self with some patience, a hot air gun and a knife. Nice thing is it is easily removed if need be.
