Since I've probably started over 100 threads on mostly the same things I thought I'd start an "Official" thread for my truck.

To start off with, today I finally got the Monster Transmission 4L65E SS Mega Monster in the truck, built for 650HP.
Let me tell you... Holy shit does this thing shift like a ****** race truck. I got the PCM tuned for everything but I really need to get send it back to Justin Again so he can re adjust the shifts to like granny shifts I guess ha, first gear is almost unbearable.

(Should have taken pictures when it was on the lift but I was ... Busy?)

The interior is under reconstruction for the Lokar Floor Shifter and mount, and I'll either be placing the Jotto Center Console elsewhere or getting rid of it and making a new console into the dashboard where the Aux ports are depending on where the floor shifter is gonna mount because its rod driven and not cable shifted. Will see monday morning, does anyone know anything about floor shifters that are rod driven in these trucks, and where it will mount up?

I do have a 14 Bolt SF but I have yet to have it delivered to me, once I get it, I will either be rebuilding it or putting it in as is. I have the U joint converter already.

The truck will be getting re painted in its original Carmine red on top, with any dents being fixed. The bottom portion and fender flares will be painted in the off black color that 2 door sports have on the bottom.

In about 3-4 weeks I plan to install a 4" Rough Country or equivilant lift.
I'll be running 4.10 in my new rear axle and I'll swap the front ones once I have the money, they are 3.73 right now. When I do the lift I'll be replacing all steering / suspension parts. It'll get the dual cardinal driveshaft as well.

The back ends going to get a custom bumper with tire carrier hopefully by august.

Thanks guys I'm really amazed I've gotten this far yuh know? I can't wait for the stuff that I've planned so far over the summer. At this rate, I'll have the 6.0L in by October/November? Then I'll just about be finished with this truck... NOT lol=D

And atomichoe, its an automatic floor shifter but considering the nature of the new tranny which can control each gear fully, I'm not just saying that, you can tell ha.
The shifter goes like 1st , 2nd, DD (3rd pretty much or OD), Drive (Like 4th or Drive ha)

Yeah it seems decent man, I plan on running 33" tires, I'll probably run the same wheels I have now, but I wanna see if I can find some 33x13.5x16 tires, I wonder how bad they'll rub...

Well I don't think the jotto desk center console is gonna fit anymore and be functional... So off with that and I'm gonna build a custom center console, I Finally found a picture of a Lokar shifter in an OBS, well this picture is out of an OOBS but its similar. I went into paint and outlined where I think I'll be putting my modules. BTW I'll be doing this Minus the sub woofer, instead of going upwards the console is just going to slope downwards and maybe I'll do a tv in the back of it for the back seat?
