Black front bumper HELP

[99 Hoe 4x4 2dr]

Searched for a black bumper from my 99Hoe but, its like these parts are non existent. Can anyone tell me where i can but a new black bumper with holes for the bumper guard and license plate holes

I did but they dont have a black one. Ordered one off ebay a 3 piece with bumper, bumper guard, and valance. The bumper was out of stock so the sent me the bumper guard and valance instead. Now aint that dumb.
