I've heard amazing things about the in person tunes but none are scheduled around here so I'm looking at the Autocal I was wondering if anyone had anything to say about it and how easy the tune downloads were. I'd appreciate any help

99% of the customers have no issues following the instructions provided, to datalog, and flash tunes. For those folks that do have an issue, the guys are happy to help, and can remote log into your PC to troubleshoot.

Can't go wrong. If you hit a wall they will jump in and get it right. Don't expect a 24hr hotline to call. Just know it will be right.

Exactly. They do top notch work but are very busy. Please remember to be patient when expecting a response at times....
I was lucky enough to do an in-person tune and had a great experience.

Do I need a windows-based laptop for the Autocal? I have a desktop but use tablets instead of a laptop.

Laptop is more convenient, but desktop will work.

Borrow one from a friend, family member, neighbor, etc.

Or a work computer. It is basically used to move tunes from the AutoCal to email and vice versa.
