Bluetooth calls recipient hears a loud noise when the my talking to me

I have a 2016 Yukon when I call someone unsung Bluetooth speaker recipient hears a loud noise and I hear nothing but them on my end. I have disconnected everything and reconnect and still have the problem. Any idea of how to fix it
