bluetooth in Denali 2007 possible?

I have the 07 yukon XL denali,. It has the bose nav touch screen but no bluetooth. Everything online I see to buy says you need a "cat" button which I don't have.
Anything worked for others?

if you have xm on your radio you can use an aftermarket bluetooth hands free system. I have the scosche blue fusion on my 2009, though its no longer available unless you can find one used. There are other brands. It connects to your radio through the xm system.

You can also swap it your Onstar box for a newer one with Bluetooth. Do a search, it's been discussed many times and at length
