That's pretty slick. Great if you don't have to deal with salt,etc. Usually in the Midwest when it's time for that kind of repair and the vehicle wasn't rust-proofed it can require the air hammer. I'll keep that in the old noodle though. Thanks!

Never seen a tool quite like that one. But, like has already been said here, any of the bolts I need to "unstick" always required a little more force than what that tool could generate.

That bolt wasn't stuck at all. Looks like it would have pulled right out by hand, just wiggling the shock a little. Not saying it is bogus or video magic... Just think the video made guaranteed success on a bolt that would have popped out easily pushing on it with one finger. I don't think I'll be running out to get a spring punch just yet.

I’ve used a similar technique in the past in certain situations. It has its place, but for a truly rusty bolt, not sure it would work.
