My Bose speakers are not working in my 1999 Denali. The radio itself comes on but I can't get the speakers to put out sound.

No speakers at all, the radio works and I can change stations but no sound will come out.

The amp is powered by the #13 fuse cig lighter. you can find the amp inside the right side dash or in the center console.

I checked the fuse and it's good. Where can I buy a new Bose amp from??

That I would not know but try searching for oem radio equipment resellers.

Is it good as in not blown? or good as in you can see volts on it output line?

I feel like an idiot now. It was the radio battery fuse. Not sure how I missed it. I did however find out my drivers side speaker is blown.
