Hey all,
I noticed that my sis' '12 Suburban's front and rear bow ties are different than those on my '09 Tahoe. Mine are more of a metallic gold, have a different beveled edge around the gold portion (at least on the rear), and look as though there's a thicker layer of "clear" over them. The burb's are much more of a yellow-gold color, and appear more opaque.
Anyway, does anyone know when (model year) this change occurred?
Though I may plasti-dip my bow ties, I otherwise prefer the look of the newer bow ties.
