I had a similar issue at one front wheel. The brake hose had collapsed on the inside. It would allow fluid to the caliper but wound not release when you took pressure off the pedal. Nothing was visually wrong from the outside.

Update so I called the shop that fixed the problem the first time the brakes was holding and they are saying that I need to take off the Wilwood kit and install te factory set-up because the master cylinder can't handle the 6pistons up front and it's making the system go crazy and causing it to engage brakes when not needed. Any input on this??? guys please help..

Did the shop install the calipers correctly? The bleeder needs to be on top. The shop is feeding you a line on the master cylinder....

I installed the kit jennait was a very simple install nothing special beside keeping the SS lines away from moving parts due to the fact the they are long and don't have any mounting brackets for mounting. Heres a pic as it sits on the truck. Can my master cylinder brake booster or anything dealing with the brake system be going bad??? I have no light on the DICImageUploadedByTapatalk1342208254.204668.jpg

Did the shop do the factory bleeding procedure with a Tech II?

The fact that both your BAERs and your Wilwoods are having issues, lead me to believe that there is another issue. The factory master has never been a problem with these.

I did the initial bleed which sucked. So I took it to the shop (same shop) and they did bleed it now I don't know if it was with a tech II but I do know it was a dramatic improvement in brake vs my bleed job.

Was it the same shop telling you that you have to put your OEMs on? If so, I would take it elsewhere for them to be bled!

Yes it was and they told me that today when I called and asked for advice on the situation. Do you think it needs bleeding again???. When I hit the brake it grabs even tighter no squishy feeling or anything I think related to bleeding issue but I could be 100% wrong . The system is sending pressure to the lines which is allowing the brakes to engage why?? I have no clue. Brake booster malfunction???

You did all of the install yourself?

You had some issues before installing the fronts right? I think I remember you saying that you hydrolocked or something along those lines, and the lights came up?
