1995 Tahoe LT K1500.

I need to replace some copper lines some ****** used for brake lines, and I figure while I'm at it, I might as well replace all the brake lines with SS lines.

Since I don't have the tools to cut, bend, or double flare SS line, I plan on just buying a complete kit. The company I usually use doesn't offer a SS kit for my truck, but they do offer a kit for the 1994 K5 Blazer.

The question is, how compatible would the kit for the 1994 Blazer be, with my 1995 Tahoe? (I know it's essentially the same truck, but I didn't know if there were any major changes that took place between the 2 years that would prevent the lines from bolting right in place)

Thanks in advance,

-Brandon

I plan on replacing ALL brake lines with Stainless Steel lines.

The boneyard can be a great source of parts, but buying crucially important brake parts from the boneyard is about as smart as painting your rotors.

Does anyone have any idea how similar the 94 Blazer is to the 95 Tahoe, specifically in terms of pre-bent stainless steel brake lines?

I also noticed you're in Houston, so you don't have the rust problems we have here in New York, so used brake lines are completely out of the question for me. I'm mainly looking for reliability, and longevity. I want to do this once, and that's it.

unknown at this time.
Allright listen and listen carefully. Look up the vehicle that the kit is made for at compnine.com click on the part numbers of the lines you want to replace. All applicable cross vehicle applications will pop up. if you find your 95 in there on every line part number for the vehicle that is in the '94 kit then the '94 kit should fit the'95.
