Just got my brake pads in today for the wife's 2015 Tahoe. I ordered Akebono pads and R1 rotors. Looking at the two boxes, I noticed the rear set, ASP1707 were quite a bit shorter than the fronts ACT1363. Called the Amazon company and he confirmed the asp 1707 were correct, they are their "performance" pad, the sts are ACT1707. Just wanted to check as I've not taken anything apart yet, sizeable difference between the front and the back pads or is the "performance" pad supposed to be smaller? Wondering if I should send the asp rear pad back and just order the act pad or if it makes a difference? Thanks in advance.
