I have 2019 Yukon SLT. First time after the unit has been setting for awhile, the brake pedal is hard and allows no down movement. It does seem to affect pushing pedal to use push button start.

Curious about this and if it might lead to a more serious problem?! Thanks

I have no answer for you but just thought I'd post since the timing is interesting. My car (not a Tahoe) did the same thing today when I was trying to leave for work. It only sat over the weekend. Went inside to research the matter, came outside and it worked when I tried it again (though it was still a little stiff). No braking issues after it started.

Happens with my 2018 Tahoe too. It’s just random. I read somewhere there may be a small vacuum leak. My previous car (which was not a Chevy) did the same thing from day one. It really doesn’t bother me. Has no effect on braking while the car is in motion.
