Brake questions

I would like to get new rotors and pads for my 00 esclade. I live in the city and drive pretty hard so heat is definetely an issue. I tried searching but came across a million differant idea's. Whats the best settup for the money? Not looking to break the bank but dont want junk either. Should I go with SS lines? If so what brand?

Power slot rotors
Hawk or EBS pads
