Might be a long shot, but I'll check here before I throw them in the trash.

Bought them a week ago for the front of my wife's Tahoe to carry over while waiting for the drilled/slotted rotors and ceramic pads to arrive

They were on for four days and less than 100 miles. One of the pads (bottom one in the picture) has some slight grooves from the rotor that had been going metal on metal for a day, or so, with the old pads.

The others are still like brand new. See pics.

Pads are free, just pay shipping. Probably around 12-15 bucks for the lower 48 states. They were $27.xx w/tax at O'Reillys.
