I have an 05 Yukon XL that I just changed the front pads on and 6 days later I was driving and turn corner and front brakes started locking up. It may be all of the brakes that are grabbing. Every time I accelerate at all the brakes lock down. Right before it happened I turned a corner and heard a clack, clack, clack noise then it was like someone slammed on the brakes. Anyone have an idea as to what it might be? This truck has the Hydroboost system on it as well.

sounds weird indeed, I would pull your wheels off and check your work, maybe something came loose?
you could also test your theory that they are locking up from acceleration by jacking up the front end so both wheels are off the ground and have a helper give it gas while you try to spin a wheel and/or pull the wheel off and visibly monitor the calipers.

If you have traction control, turn it off. See if that clears the issue.
