i was doin a tune up and realized that on the back driver side bolt on my manifold was off so i took it off thought that maybe if it is broke that i could grab it with a vise and replace ,nope broke in the block it self so what do i do.

Damn that's a hard one....there is a tool at Sears called "Screw Out". You drill a hole in the middle of the screw and hammer in a reverse threaded screw. Then twist it out.

I just did this Sunday on my air compressor bolt with a cheater bar. I would suggest you do the same and rent one if you don't have one. You will need a 10mm star socket to attach to the ScrewOut end. I would suggest you make as perfect of a drill in the center as possible, and then when you put the cheater bar to it...man go slow.
