Well here's my situation, I got a 02 tahoe with the center jump seat but the release latch for the seat compartment doesn't release the door. Only way that I'm able to gain access to it is to beat the snot out of the door above it to have it come open.... Well my question is has anyone ever had this issue and fixed it?(but not just replacing the entire seat, but by tearing it apart and fixing the problem.) Or if someone has a diagram on the inside I could get an idea of what could be wrong..
