bumper repair

I ran over a friends gate and this is the result. Any diy suggestions? Dont want to pay lots of money to bodyshop.

unless you know someone who's REALLY good at plastic welding... you need a new bumper.

You'll never get it right, especially being black. You need a new bumper cover.

Make up a cool story about it until you can find another one. If the story is good enough, you might even want to leave it that way.

I use zip ties when I plastic weld. It's actually easy to do but for your case since you have a hole I would use just zip ties and weld them in then sand and paint

Get some 40/40 and bondo glass. Fix her right up.

If you've never done it before, you will not be pleased with the results. Get a new cover.

Same some money and get a new bumper cover on ebay. Or try to search on local junkyards.
