So I have some JVC touch screen head unit. single din... I do not like the touch screen so I want another one...

Im spending 150-200 on crutchfield.. I want to make sure I get one that can utilize my subs and door speakers...

what is the deal with eq bands? theoretically more bands = more adjustments but looking at all the alpines on crutchfield they only have 2 bands, which sucks.. when i called and asked they said alpine is there #1 selling for head units and there is a reason, they are just good.. Could some experts please chime in..

thanks.

Are you looking for a suggestion on a HU,are you committed to a single din,are you willing to look at other brands besides Alpine,if so is 150-200 your limit ?
Also,is it that you didn't like the touch screen on your current HU or are you trying to stay away from touch screens all together?

I ended up staying with the JVC touch screen single din..

gonna invest in some 15's and amp instead.
