So I replaced the drivers side exterior door handle and found out that the door lock cylinder is seized. I tried soaking it with penetrating oil and it did nothing. The last detent in the lock is seized so the key wont go in all the way. I need to replace it so I am guessing I will need to buy a set with a new key and was just wondering where I could get them?

Sounds like a detent spring has fallen out of the last detent on tumbler.
My suggestion would be check with a salvage yard for a parts door and see if you can buy one handle assy with lock cylinder attached. Take cylinder to a lock smith and have the used cylinder rmatched to the oe key. I dont think lock cylinders are available at the local parts store. The dealer will sell you a matched keyed entry set. Used cyclinder and the rekey will run 100.00 but the matched set will run 150-175.00 if you install.
Good luck
