Buzzing sound from pass door lock

I just bought a 2002 Yukon XL and it has a few problems that I need to figure out. Among those problems is an issue with the passenger door lock. When the truck is put into gear or I hit the lock button, all doors lock except the front passenger door. That lock emits a loud buzzing sound. It does move a little, like it's trying to lock, but can't. I was planning to look at it in a week or so when I replace the passenger window regulator, but would like to be set on the right track, so I don't spend too much time trying to diagnose. Anyone have this issue before? Thanks.

Bump for any insight into how to replace the actuator. I dont see how to disconnect from the linage. Obs and nnbs seem pretty straight forward. Cant find anything on nbs..
