Yeah to me fog light HIDs are a waste, they just refuse to last unless you buy those $150 25w ones, which I will never buy because that's too expensive.

My LED fogs last, too bad they are pretty much just for looks because the light output on them sucks. Funny because I have had my reverse HIDs for over a year with no issues, knock on wood. :D

what brand Hids were you guys using? I know I have older body style than you do but I have never had issue with my DDM.

The news models need 25 watt HIDs to run cool enough to avoid melting the fog lights.

Ive had some bad luck with HIDs in the foglights this was my third set. This one lasted about a year and a half with no problems until now. I got my reverse and headlights from the same guy and they are both fine. So I dont know what the problem is.

So, how do they do at night?

Its ok huge differance in light output. With the HIDs if I stopped behind a car I could see the reflection of them, with the leds I have to get 5ft from the car to see them. I wanted them for looks so it doesnt really bug me.
