Was leaning towards LT's but after reading I'm afraid they will just be too loud. It is my dd and I drive a lot and talk on phone a lot. I'm afraid it will create too much cabin noise? So this lead me here. Now thinking cam may be better choice??? Interested to hear feedback from those that have LT's.

My original plan was to do both but now concerned about cabin noise/drone.

What good is a cam if you don't have the exhaust to get it out?
long tubes and twin cats and a good system, noise wont be and issue.
now if go with flow masters and no cats and dump it in front of the rear axle....then you will have a problem.

run your exhaust all the way out the back of the truck and put a ****** aero chamber muffler on it. Itll sound good at idle, very acceptable at cruising, but when you push down the skinny pedal everyones gunna know you mean buisness!

id do cam and lt's if i was you. thats what im doin this winter in my denali!

If you are going to open it up to do a Cam might as well do the lifters, push rods , springs, heads, I say do both and get some dyno mat. But then again I have a 6.0L with heads, cam, LT's, free flow cats, and a Cherry bomb extreme!
