Cam sensor issue

My 99 Tahoe 5.7l had a cam sensor code and would not start about a year ago. I put in a new ACDELCO can sensor and it started right up and ran fine. Now it has thrown the same code but will start but sometime you feel the engine shutters or mis. I came sendor conection, all looks good. Did a full tune up and still the same. Any thoughts?

Does your tach "bounce" or is somewhat inaccurate at times? If so, then Crank sensor going.
Any other codes or issues? Distributor cap is always 1st check.

If check and do cap, make sure you do the rotor.
