I'm replacing my cam sensor and am having trouble with the reluctor wheel.
I have removed the distributor cap and screws, the spark plug wires and CMP sensor harness. The Rotor screws and rotor all came off with no problem. My problem is the reluctor wheel will not budge. I can not align the square slot with the CMP sensor.

Any help will be greatly appreciated on this matter. Thank You

You want to turn the engine by hand to line them up before you remove it. grab around the a/c compressor or water pump where you can get a good grip where the belt won't slip in your hands and the belt will turn the crankshaft and keep going until it is lined up.

Could also bump it with starter and finish it by hand. Make that sensor is that loose when you turn the engine.
